Our approach to development is the 70/20/10 model which focuses on 70% experience and 20% coaching with 10% education. We have many classroom and online courses available on our iLearn platform. Please work with your manager to decide what may appropriate for your development and remember to capture this in your PDG (Progress Development Guide).
Also, we have launched many communication initiatives through our Nespresso USA Employee Portal including our newsletters and our news articles. By late Summer, you will see more enhancements in this area.
