LETS TALK ABOUT COVID.... - They cut Full Time employee hours in half basically... co - They made employees dip into their OWN PTO if they were exposed to covid, which we are accruing at half of the rate because hours are cut.) - if you got COVID, guess what, YOU DIDN’T GET PAID! They made you take short term disability, but you only get paid for 1 week when that happens.... -If you don’t work at the corporate level, I guess they don’t care that someone needs to uhmm...live? -COVID was extremely stressful and the fact they would make this situation worse, is beyond terrible and is a true reflection on where the values lie....
