Free coffee machine and quarterly store credits

Cons

Pay, management, no work life balance what so ever. Management is a complete joke and have absolutely NO interest or care into your personal growth in the company. Favoritism and nepotism are the only ways to move up in this company. Do not waste your time applying for a position within the Boutiques and call center. You can try for the corp offices but like I said if you dont have connections you wont get hired. They open positions online to act like they're looking to hire but they're not interested as they already know and have the person they want in the position. They just try to save face
