I’m glad to read that you have enjoyed the numerous and outstanding benefits we pride ourselves with at Nespresso USA. In regards to your observations and comments on our POS, we are aware there are some technological challenges in some of our boutiques that our Global IT team is currently rectifying. We are always striving for improvements and better opportunities to provide our customer facing employees with the newest advancements. I fully agree, it is extremely important to ensure our teams are fully equipped to assist our customers quickly and most efficiently. By Q4 of this year, we are very optimistic on rolling out new plans as well as updated office technology. We have a highly skilled IT team and I am confident they solve any customer facing issues in a proactive and timely manner.
