Managers at Nespresso have no respect for employees time and personal. You never leave on time, they expect you to come to work on time but you can't leave on time, they need to understand that your life does not revolve around Nespresso., you have a personal life that you need to take care of. Management if extremely unprofessional, the new Store Manager interviewed someone wearing T-Shirt and jeans, barely look at the employees when she walks into a room. So unprofessional !!! Were always short staff because they can't keep their staff. The former manager from the bar loves to gossip about the employees. To make matters worse you have to make cappuccinos and lattes for customer, as if you're a barista, the amount of free loaders that comes to the tasting bar is enormous, these people know nothing about what it means to have a luxury retail store.
