Pros

The office has great coffee. You also get pretty decent benefits. Also, since it's in Long Island City, it's a nice office location with a great view.

Cons

Glass ceiling, or maybe just a pure concrete ceiling with no way of breaking through. Honestly, Nepotism runs amuck in that office. Lastly, You'll be micro managed to within an inch of your life. There's no avoiding it.
