Pros

Free coffee each shift, coffee credits, good mentorship from managers (depends on the boutique)

Cons

Ambitious KPI targets and high pressure to perform, hard to achieve most of the time because not everyone is willing to spend on coffees. I always feel drained after each shift - because of all the talking.
