Exceptional pension plan. The facility is beautiful, clean and deserves it's five star rating. Staff is friendly and cooperative IF you are showing them you are willing to work and to learn.

There could be some better communication between upper and middle management which consequently filters down to the other levels of care. A bit more consideration needs to be shown when asking for time off. At times it can be difficult.
