Pros

If you're looking for a fast paced, high growth tech company, look no further than Nerdio. The people, culture, and talent that is currently in play here is second to none. The executive team has a good grip on what's required to be successful and as a result, the company is on pace to be a dominate force in the tech industry within the next few years. If you're looking for a place where your contribution will truly matter, look no further.

Cons

If you don't do well with constant change, this might not be an ideal environment. Growth means change is a constant, as long as you can adapt, you'll be happy here.

Pros

• Collaborative, welcoming culture — people across teams are accessible and genuinely willing to help. One of the best teams I've been on. • Leadership is transparent and clearly invested in the company's direction • Strong remote culture with real flexibility and no expectation to always be "on". My particular manager is big on PTO meaning actually taking time away without continuing to check email/teams. • Competitive compensation and benefits — this the first time in at least 6 years my compensation matches my value. • Lots of opportunity to take ownership early, especially in marketing — career growth feels very real • Onboarding is smoother than at larger orgs thanks to how approachable everyone is

Cons

• Things move fast and priorities can shift, so adaptability and catching on quickly is a must • Some processes are still being built out, which can feel ambiguous at times — though that's also what makes it exciting if you like shaping things

Pros

Remote first company, passionate/talented team members, great product.

Cons

Below market salary, constant layoffs not based on performance, lack of alignment on roles/projects, “bring-your-own” device essentially forces you to foot the bill for your equipment.
