This place is basically a daycare. Huge age gap between senior leadership and everyone else, no in-between, and it's obvious they can't invest good talent. Low salaries. Strict on employees staying until 5pm exactly.
No proper sales training. Employees drive in fake opportunities and talk about fake deals to look good in front of management, and management can't realize why they aren't closing deals with "sooooo many opportunities."
