      Pros

      Relatively shielded from HQ politics in oversea office

      Cons

      Most senior management short sighted vision and push things they cannot execute. Failing for few years and blame staff for their own failure. HQ so many people left and continue leaving although market is no good. Keep pushing new products every month with lame strategy and want counties to follow. All senior management never work SI before and run the company like no limit. Totally gone.

      Used to have some purpose we help grow company. Still in a very good industry and many long time customer

      Lead by a man thinking everyone no good, no trust and hide behind his people to make them do unreasonable demands to staff and vendors

      Cons

      Leadership team and mgmt keeps changing or getting replaced every 2-3 years. Culture is extremely toxic and so much un-necessary politics, gossiping and backstabbing. If you try to do normal work here and just do your job, its not possible to survive as they keep hiring very toxic people who dont seem to need to work but can still keep their jobs and just keep smoking or disappearing
