Bad management has destroyed a good workplace. They do not care about current employees and the nepotism is obvious in the hiring practices, the jobs that are open are awarded to “friends and family “ of the management team. If a current employee is more qualified for the open job, the applications are dismissed and the job is rewritten so that only the “friend or family member “ qualifies. The management is unapproachable when issues arise and the HR department is not employee friendly. Any employee who brings an issue to the attention of the management suffers retaliation to extreme circumstances in an attempt by the management team to make the employee leave the company.
