Thank you for your feedback. We certainly understand the importance of work-life balance. That is why we establish “Family Weekends” during which no overtime is scheduled, and each employee receives a calendar at the beginning of the year with Family Weekends indicated. We have 23 Family Weekends scheduled in 2018. This does not mean that these will be the only weekends without overtime, but employees can plan ahead with confidence that they will not be scheduled during these times. As part of our commitment to safety and wellness, we are proud to offer our employees residing in Alabama (and their dependents) use of the Neptune Health & Wellness Center in partnership with CareHere. Employees enrolled in Neptune’s medical plan can use medical and wellness services onsite at no additional cost and have the option to attend doctor’s appointments without taking time off work.
