-Lacking diversity in upper management in every department across the board for the entire tenure of the company. This may deter some folks who have hopes for senior executive management, not likely here, but you still can have a strong career and make an impact. -Not much turnover - this is usually a good thing but just know that in order to prevent complacency you constantly need to reinvent the wheel to remain a thriving, ever growing and ever changing competitor.
