Could be boring especially if you are young.

It appears as though Neptec has the ability to find and keep good and happy people who want to be teamplayers and do good work. -The governing procedures are well structured while leaving flexibility where the ISO9001 standards will allow it. -Employees are free to contribute any of their skills to the company even if it is well outside of their role, which means you feel like you're part of something bigger and you are allowing yourself to grow. -Perfect for multidisciplinary professionals however you don't have to have multidisciplines to work here. -Works directly with CSA, NASA, ESA, Orbital, etc...

If you enjoy rigid roles and responsibilities; and there is an equivalent candidate that enjoys contributing in ways other than the traditional role, the other candidate might get an offer before you do and you won't be reaping the full benefits mentioned above.
