      Pros

      Most of the workers were good to work with, but management really abused them and did not value their contribution to the company.

      Cons

      Upper management were very deceitful and engaged in practices that were not very desirable for the customer or for the employees.

      Neptco has gated parking for employees

      Cons

      Works 7 days a week Out of 7 days a week it is mandatory to pick 3 days you can work 12 hours. Treated unfairly Everyone's pay is different even if they have the same experience. They expect you to work in snow storms if you dont make it in, you will be pointed. 50 some stairs you have to climb before you start your shift. Lots of safety hazards Unorganized Open door policy but literally watches from the camera in their office and wont open the door. Sexist company. Do not train enough Supervisors lie on you .
