      Pros

      There are many challenges and many opportunities for one to grow. Self motivators have an abundance of challenges to undertake.

      Cons

      There is no reward in obtaining results. There is no teamwork. There is only backstabbing and stone throwing. Incentives are achieved by the politicians or by those obtaining status into the "good ole boys club". (and that "good ole boys club" is generally responsible for all the above.)

      Neptco has gated parking for employees

      Cons

      Works 7 days a week Out of 7 days a week it is mandatory to pick 3 days you can work 12 hours. Treated unfairly Everyone's pay is different even if they have the same experience. They expect you to work in snow storms if you dont make it in, you will be pointed. 50 some stairs you have to climb before you start your shift. Lots of safety hazards Unorganized Open door policy but literally watches from the camera in their office and wont open the door. Sexist company. Do not train enough Supervisors lie on you .
