      Pros

      They do agile right. Incredibly smart bunch, yet no exaggerated sense of their own importance or abilities. Great offices and location. Pay well.

      Cons

      Growing so fast they are struggling for office space. Prepare to hot desk at times.

      Pros

      Neoworks is the best hybris SI in the UK. Best case studies and most experienced team.
 Team of 26 people and growing. I can only speak based on personal experience, but I have yet to come across a company that cares more about employees in the way Neoworks does.
 Architects and team leaders are genius level - no nonsense use of politics to achieve things. I can wholeheartedly recommend neoworks and the great team that we have.
