As it is still in start-up mode in the New York office, the company could improve its operational infrastructure. The company is very product focused at this stage of its growth. The company could also improve communication between the Brazil offices and the New York office to trade best practices and industry knowledge.

- Working in the New York office is like a startup within a larger, established organization. All of the focus, dedication, fun, and camaraderie of a startup vibe but with the institutional resources of a 300+ employee company, great investors, and a proven product. - You will learn A LOT very quickly. Not a lot of guidance but you will be exposed to challenges you will need to adapt to. - Pay is very competitive - Lots of room for growth and really impacting the business on a global scale (really!)

- Sometimes feels a little disorganized but that comes with the territory of opening a new office in a new country - Communicating company-wide the strategic objectives of the business could be better. Not bad though. - This isn't necessarily a con but the business is still quite Brazilian in its character. As Neoway scales globally it will be a challenge to adapt to being a true global business that isn't only in Brazil
