Pros
There are plenty of opportunities here and decisions like promotions and appraisals are based on individual performance and not tenure. If you do well, you get the chance to lead early. I appreciate this and also the way management recognizes our hard work with rewards and celebrations.
Cons
It takes more than a month to go through the entire appraisal cycle with a lot of forms to fill.
