No transparency - Human Resources Neotas Employee Review

dishonest management. they hire people and give them false promises based on their work but give them all sorts of monotonous and dull work. nothing is documented over here properly. when you try fix the situations, the management completely disregards the problems and solutions. unrealistic targets given to employees which hamper their work life balance. no proper KRA or objectives defined by the management.
