      Pros

      The company is made up of lovely, smart people who try to do their best for the company. The development team in particular works well together as a team and has a low turnover rate.

      Cons

      Very poor management. Those at the very top of the company are not aligned and cause unnecessary issues for the wider business. The rest of the management team try hard but do not have enough experience to move the business ahead to where it needs to be.

      - Great team of passionate intelligent people to work with - Recent change in management has created a united global work environment - 4 weeks paid time off for all employees - Flexibility to work from home - Fast paced environment where you have the opportunity to learn a lot and quickly - Great opportunities for growth - Fun culture with frequent board game nights & company outings - Snacks and drinks are always fully stocked and available

      Fast paced work environment and small teams might mean some late nights as the company is growing.

      Very cool technology. Leading AI Software as a Service. Cloud technology. Hybrid reasoning. More.

      Cons

      Complete lack of understanding of engineering for a technology company. Leadership is micro managed and direction is woefully vague and misdirected. Technology best practices are in word only.
