      Culture, Organization, Communication, Teamwork, and Candidness. I have loved subbing, and each school brings something unique and relevant to the table. You can genuinely see that they are for the students and everything they do is with the students in mind.

      Cons

      Consistency amongst schools. When subbing at different schools, you can tell which schools admin are involved and genuinely leading their team and which schools don't have that strong leadership.
