      Pros

      I was laid off from Neoscape, but had I not been I probably would've never left and grown old with my coworkers there. I have no bad words to say about Neoscape. It is an amazing company with a knack for finding the best coworkers you could ask for. Management is often lenient when necessary, and always takes into account the company as a whole and what is best. I miss working here constantly, I hope one day my journey leads me back here.

      Unfortunately laid off, though I do not hold this against them.

      2 Days In office allows flexibility

      Cons

      - Pay is far below industry standards (50k for a marketing specialist, 60k for designers with 3+ years experience) in HCOL cities (NYC, CHI, BOS) - Management often goes back on their word but expects all employees to follow to a T - Rampant layoffs, company is struggling and makes poor financial decisions
