Pros
This is from the perspective of someone who worked at the corporate office, and not a Brand Partner: -Opportunity for advancement - Personally, I started on the phones as a stopgap employment option. After recognizing my background and potential I was able to advance through IT into management. Ultimately, this led to gaining experience working internationally and developing some extremely meaningful relationships. Even though I left the company over four years ago I will always be grateful for what the company did for me and many others who share similar stories. Good and ethical leadership - After moving into upper management I got the opportunity to work with the C-level and senior leadership on a very regular basis, which allowed me to see the type of people they are. The industry can get a bad rap sometimes, but every decision was made keeping the field in mind. Focus on morale - Morale and culture was something that was stressed every day. Fast paced - You will not get bored working here and, if you are willing and capable, you will get the chance to wear multiple hats.
Cons
Tight timelines - This is a company that tries to do a lot. You will be challenged. For me this was exciting but it may be considered a drag to some.
