Pros
The culture here is genuinely the best I have worked in. Such great and friendly people, diverse and welcoming atmosphere. Great external social possibilities because of this.
Cons
Start-up/Scale-up atmosphere isn't for everyone. You are often needed to "wear multiple hats" so it's down to the person whether they feel this is exciting or ruins their focus. However, it means there's a lot of opportunity to try something outside your comfort zone.
