1. very mediocre but egoistic management partners. 2. Its a electronics product design company (read chop shop)..not investment bank.. you will not get any hike from here. 3. They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. 4. So unless u r robot stay away. 5. after your use they will pull out, your time... (Bla bla bla) Advice to Management Learn some management lesson & not be a clerk for white guy! Learn about staff internal politics , and understand what the reality is. please dont go with this company
