One of the standout aspects of working here is the genuinely friendly and inclusive culture. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by both leadership and colleagues. There's a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, and people are always willing to lend a hand or share knowledge. The company encourages open communication and values each person's contributions, which creates a really positive and motivating work environment.

No major cons from my experience so far. Like any workplace, there are occasional challenges, but the team always pulls together to find solutions.

I loved my time at NTH. The culture and the people were a huge highlight. Neon Treehouse made me feel very welcome from day one, and I’ve grown so much both professionally and personally over the past three and a half years working there. The growth I experienced during my time at NTH is something I truly value and appreciate. I was always encouraged to strive for more and was given so many opportunities to expand my knowledge and develop within my role.
