Fraudulent and unethical company - Quality Analyst Neolytix Employee Review

My experience with Neolytix has been extremely disappointing. The company delays salary payments regularly and has an unfair Full and Final (FNF) settlement policy. While they state that FNF will be processed in 45 days, they conveniently send an email on the 44th day claiming it will now take another 45 days—a clear attempt to delay payments beyond 90 days. On top of that, they deduct arbitrary amounts from salaries under vague labels like "Other Deductions," with no transparency or prior notice. When questioned, they hide behind so-called “company policies,” which seem to change at their convenience. This is not just unprofessional—it borders on fraudulent behavior. Companies like Neolytix should be investigated and held accountable for exploiting employees. I strongly advise job seekers to stay away from this organization.
