      Pros

      - Empathetic and supportive leaders (Executives, Managers, etc. - Provided an educational summer internship speaker series - Truly enjoyed working with my fellow interns.

      Cons

      - This is more of a personal preference, but I prefer working in-person. But, I was required to work remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic. (Which is completely understandable and was the right decision in my opinion).
