      You can contribute to the energy transition, work with some great people at a fairly innovative and forward thinking company. There have been a lot of perks such as travel and there have been no issues regarding expenses, taking leave etc.

      Cons

      Some of the perks/benefits such as WFH policy, parental leave policy etc. have dropped significantly in the past 12 months.
