Pros

Neowork stands out for its employee-centered approach. The management listens to employees and ensures their needs are met, creating a supportive work environment. Unlike companies that focus solely on numbers, Neowork emphasizes well-being and job satisfaction. The work environment is relaxed yet fulfilling, striking a balance that many employees appreciate. Even as a remote job, Neowork excels in employee engagement by organizing in-person activities such as team building and outreach programs. They go the extra mile to include everyone, even covering airfare for employees who are located far from the rest of the team. This effort fosters a sense of belonging and strengthens team bonds.

Cons

The company’s current salary rates are still lower compared to other agencies, though there are clear efforts to improve this. Neowork is building up to offer more competitive salaries, signaling a commitment to growth and employee satisfaction.

Pros

Company culture unlike any other. You'd really treat each other as real friends, help each other through collaboration, and communicate proactively.

Cons

Client needs may vary, and as an independent contractor, job security could be compromised.

Pros

The company lived up to its core values, unlike other companies, which only said so during the onboarding. Leaders are proactive in supporting and always communicating even better, they overcommunicate, which makes things more straightforward. They are also an advocate for work-life balance and encourage team members to travel and work, as long as you have a good internet connection, of course, since it is a work-from-home setup. They also encourage agents to talk directly with the clients, as the company gives their full trust in you, and you can count on the support team anytime you need. Having said that, they don't do a screen capture or anything like that, so rest assured that as long as you do your part, you will be acknowledged and will never be micro-managed.

Cons

You'll need to have your own device. I guess that's understandable as you work in the VA space. It will also need to have at least 16GB of RAM since the company has a virtual office, like the Sims game, where teammates interact in real-time,
