We have a guiding principle in career progression: work hard, put in your time, prove that can do more than your current position, and continue your training. Every employee knows this as we mention it all the time. We do not promote individuals that sit on their knowledge and just do the bare minimum required.
As for flexible work place, the higher you progress in NeoLore, the more flexible your work environment becomes.
It is curious, our HelpDesk does not work on a bonus system. We have MicroBonuses which is managed automatically by a 3rd party system and we have CSAT bonuses which have always been paid out if the minimum requirement has been met. If you felt this was overlooked, I encourage you to let me know. As for pay raises, we have been very clear that they are based on Work Performance, Exams, Entering Time into Tickets, and Overall Contribution to the NeoLore Team. As we have a structured pay raise system, sentiment does not enter into.
