Very intense and can be cut throat. High targets.

Decent phototherapy bed, decent retina camera. Clinical feedback on the products is mostly positive. If you like to drink on the job, this is a place where you can do it with little to no repercussions.

Hands down the worst work environment I have ever expereinced. The "National Sales Director" is completely incompetent, a total micro manager, an erogant person, and an a genuine jerk. The expectations are extraordinary and unrealistic. The work/life balance is completely out of whack and the expectation is that you do what they say, when they say it. Very aggressive and abrasive culture that is "rooted in empathy" LOL! Very poorly micormanaged operation. Little to no product training with the expectation you will teach yourself and then are belitted when you have a question. The philosophy at the company is get the business at all costs. Lie, cheat, steal as long as you get the PO. The expectation is that you give your life to this company and ask no questions.
