      The company runs like a start-up so if you need constant direction or are not self motivated, this is probably not the right fit.

      - Everyone loves what they do and it shows - Work/Life balance - The atmosphere in the office is amazing - New office space in the heart of South End CLT - Many opportunities for each employee to grow and move up - CEO is amazing at what he does and everyone takes notice to that - Very smart people
