Pros

None can be found even during interview,

Cons

Several. First of all, they ask all the applicants to share data of Local doctors in the region, their contact info, and their personal emails. Secondly, they pay doctors , who are part of their program amount very low as compared the amount discussed. Thirdly, highly disturbed environment. My job role is of field program manager, but i am also forced to work as a call centre employee. Please note that I have 10 years of work experience as a doctor. Finally, there is no concept of office timing. You are expected to work 24*7 for the pay of 8 hours or less. If anybody is looking to join this startup, kindly do not do that.

Pros

* Mission-driven work: You get to represent innovative products that make real differences in people’s lives, from clinics in Tier-1 cities to public health programs in smaller towns. * Exposure & learning: The role isn’t limited to India—you get exposure to partnerships in other countries too, which is rare at an early-stage startup. * Autonomy & ownership: You’re trusted to lead discussions with senior stakeholders (doctors, pharma leaders, health orgs), giving you confidence and growth. * Supportive team: The leadership is approachable, open to ideas, and encourages experimentation. There’s a genuine culture of celebrating wins and learning from setbacks. * Fast-paced growth: You see the impact of your work quickly, whether it’s closing a deal with a pharma partner or enabling a new diagnostic program.

Cons

* Like any startup, things move quickly, and priorities can shift. It requires adaptability and self-drive. * Resources are lean compared to large corporates, so you need to be hands-on and proactive.
