Pros

Decent compensation and benefits for the people team

Cons

Stay away from this company until a new Chief People Officer can be hired. The current CPO is extremely toxic, with half a dozen people leaving since she took over, and most of the rest looking to leave as soon as the market allows. Who runs the People team says a lot about how the culture is handled, and the effect spreads to other teams - IT, Finance, Legal, etc. Feedback has been shared many times and it has been met with resistance, blaming others and overall little to no change. Multiple people have reported this behavior but the CEO has done little to stop it from happening. We can only hope that they will hire someone new to lead the team. In the meantime, the culture is, at best, gossipy, sarcastic, rude and unsupportive. I'm only writing what I'd tell a friend if they were interesting in applying. Neo4j used to be so great, and I'm sad that this one person has destroyed such a wonderful team. Until a new CPO can be hired, please, for your own mental health and stability: stay away!
