Never seen a more toxic and unhealthy work environment created by the leadership here. CEO is non-existent, and leadership has been going through a turbulent period of churn where they are firing anyone who isn't their personal friend or doesn't blindly say yes to everything they say. Very much a fall in line or we will find someone who will kind of culture. HR will tell you that you are fine and you have nothing on your record then hand you a separation agreement the next day. Constant firings are not based on performance but for made-up reasons to just get you out the door. If you are trying to start a career in sales then look the other way since there is zero upward mobility.
