Pros

I think the product is great, which is also reflected in company growth. Colleagues are super nice. Work life balance is also great. As an engineer you can have a lot of impact and are able to contribute ideas and have a degree of freedom in what you are working on. I also think the engineering standards are very high:great testing and CICD and modern tech stacks. Compensation is solid and there are benefits like extra 5 days off (on top of the regular 30 days) and occasionally traveling to the Sweden office.

Cons

The scale up stage the company is in has a bit of growth pains. Also career/promotion paths could be more comprehensive.

Thanks so much for your review!! I'm thrilled to hear you're having such a great experience. I LOVED the energy and excitement in the London office during my last visit! Growing pains for sure - we are growing fast, and will continue to focus on how to keep up, and ensure we grow maturity-wise, right along with headcount and revenue! Please keep the feedback coming! Kristin
