Pros

* High performance teams - it's the type of environment I was only hoping I could end up in * Pragmatic attitude to most challenges * Great work/life balance For me as a developer, I find myself consistently challenged without it ever feeling overbearing. Influence over engineering decisions and freedom in how to structure my work and what tools to use.

Cons

* Fewer perks than there used to be, such as limited travel, but that is understandable given the circumstances * A scale-up culture which is mostly positive, but can be immature in certain areas such as some parts of developer tooling

Thanks so much for your post! I'm glad to hear you're having a great experience. Our goal is to keep our people challenged, engaged, and to provide balance, and I'm so happy to hear this has been your experience. We are also hoping that once macro economics shift, we can get back to more regular travel (we love having the chance to meet in person!!) and the ability to add even more fun perks! Thanks again! Kristin
