Pros

The best thing about Neo4j, is the culture and the people in it. The work is quite challenging which makes it very interesting and fun. You get a lot of freedom to decide how you want your team to operate and how you want to organize your work. Collaboration is at the heart of the company. You are always encouraged to speak your mind and ideas are always welcome with careful consideration and respect. There is a rich diversity of ideas and styles within the company which makes most exchanges quite interesting and stimulating.

Cons

Everyone is so brilliant and humble that it's not unusual to experience some initial impostor syndrome when joining. But people are aware of this and will most likely try to help you get through it!

Thank you so much for leaving your review! I am so happy to hear that your experience here was so great! I get so excited when I see/hear our company values being embodied in our everyday work. As we continue to grow, we will look at ways to globalize some areas/processes but we will always have some nuanced approaches depending on location. Thanks again for being part of the team! Kristin
