Pros
Aside that the product (Neo4j) is outstanding in it's segment (Graph databases) and that the technology is bleeding edge, there is always time for every employee to grow and absorb knowledge form your super intelligent co-workers. The average developer at Neo Technology would be the smartest developer in any other company. The culture is very Swedish and flat so consensus rules and there's no boss who can tell a team what to do unless they agree. Developers rule this company, which they should. The office managers are super helpful and awesome and you can ask them for anything and they'll help you out.
Cons
Some teams are (were) struggling with internal politics and bickering for a while but that has now been resolved by talking to everybody and try to make the psychological safety better.
