      Good environment to work and no micro management even though its permanent remote job. The management is very attentive and provide any help needed and take care of the employee

      Nothing i am aware of as i been working in Neo for the past 3 plus year and enjoy every bit of it

      Some great technology and some verticals flying well!

      Cons

      Housing is misfiring despite massive investment and time spent on this. Public perception and market engagement is amateur with no gravitas and grossly over optimistic about experience and capability (cringeworthy social media). Time leadership looked again at the strategy, leadership and execution before the opportunity is missed.
