Pros

-Entry-level positions that will actually teach you skills and knowledge that you can take elsewhere -Quarterly bonuses if the company reached a profit quota -Yearly merit increases -Teambuilding activities

Cons

-Starting pay is among the lowest in the industry -"Lean" staffing that's only getting worse -High turnover -Increasingly profit-driven executives -Lack of upward mobility -Healthy work-life balance is discouraged -Management is completely uncooperative. -Benefits are terrible, even with the new top-tier insurance plan (UMR United) -Unrealistic turnaround times are promised to customers without any communication with the labs, forcing sudden required overtime -Study directors and analysts are held accountable for the failures of management (See prior bullet point)

Cons

Similar to other publicly traded companies, tends to be a bit hyper-focused on month-to-month and quarterly revenues.
