Pros

They tried to give snacks to people to make things better

Cons

Management decided to do an incredibly expensive and unnecessary remodel of the bull pen office area. The unnecessary cost burdened the company and actually created less spaces for workers and a lot of workers were stuck in spaces that were awkward, in the middle of foot traffic, dungeon like, or didn't get a desk because they were expected to share. Management sold off equipment that was necessary for current studies and future studies. Sponsors were often not repeat customers. Some managers were grossly unqualified to be managers and most had zero sense when it came to accounting, financial forecasting, market rates, and overall how to make a profit. Managers never took into account supply chain issues, replenishment issues, or how hard replacement parts of equipment or even getting equipment would be. Back up equipment was logical in case of failure of a piece or the need for more equipment to finish a study on time. The company sold off extras to make payroll.
