Pros
They have OK benefits with PTO and the local management has one good manager left. They allow for cross training and you can get lab experience and sterility training, which leads to much better paying jobs.
Cons
No parental leave beyond FMLA. The insurance recently switched to self-funded which is likely a cost-saving measure for the company. The pay is, like everyone else, below the cost of living if you don't have roommates.
