Pros

Unfortunately the coworkers are the only reason to stay and the work is not too difficult. That being said, the work is not intellectually stimulating in any way. The environment can be a lot like high school and with no HR, it can get bad. The people who leave after a year or 2 are the smart ones. The managers are sympathetic to outside circumstances for you to take off but they do not give a lot of PTO. I had to take a long period of time off for family deaths and they were nice enough to give me that time (Like they had a choice).

Cons

Do not start here. Especially if you have a college degree. The job pays poorly and you will think if you rise up the ranks that the pay gets better but it doesnt. Nelson is on the brink of unionizing and most employees are frustrated. The president is creepy and cliche corporate and does not seem to understand or sympathize with his employees. They will give you multiple jobs without the title or pay. I have worked at the company for almost 3 years and I have seen almost 50+ people leave... and the whole building only has about 60 people. The company is also doing bad financially because they got sued for ETO release in the air and giving people cancer which they settled on and also buying a facility and failing to keep it open which led to everyone losing their jobs at that facility. They have poor pay, awful health benefits and poor management. It better to wait a little longer to find a place that will value you.

Pros

Diversity of medical device projects; High volume chemistry workstream from three laboratories; Business model maximizes consulting revenues with optimized pricing

Cons

Similar to other publicly traded companies, tends to be a bit hyper-focused on month-to-month and quarterly revenues.
