      Pros

      I worked at Nelson in SF in 2006. The SF office and the company was (I’m sure it still is) working for a family owned company and as an employee, I absolutely felt like I was part of the family.

      Cons

      There was no downside to the company for me.

      Excellent leadership represent me well to my contracted company helped me find a new role outside of Nelson when my contract was expiring
