Inclusive team oriented environment. Supervisors give suggestions or ideas instead of criticism and error shaming. The office gets down to the work they love and listen to headphones while doing it. Timelines and project schedules are important so knowledge of what you can and cannot do will be tested quickly. It is a learning environment and they encourage vacation time and there is flex schedule available. Giving back to the community is a bonus for the heart strings. We create beautiful environments not just buildings that bring families, friends and communities together. Pretty proud I took the leap and applied for a dream company.
Cons
I have no major concerns and can’t nip pick a company who values their employees and always takes every bad day an employee has as a learning moment for executives to adjust and work together for solutions to adapting environment and culture.
