      Pros

      People leaving and inspiring other's to do the same.

      Cons

      Thinking they know e-commerce. Keep sucking each other's private parts and feeding each other's ego. It is such an embarrassing environment. Senior management like the sound of their title, but have little to nothing experience.

      Fair pay, nice lunch room

      Cons

      Weak and inexperienced management that doesn’t want to acknowledge or take action against misogynic behaviour in the workplace, which is ironic due to the fact that they are a fashion company for young females. I would not recomend females to work here because of the toxic culture.
